1. What are cookies?
Cookies ( cookies) are small text files or similar technologies used to store information on your device or obtain information about it. They may be essential for website operation or used for additional features, statistics or marketing.
2. What do we use on this website?
The current website code does not include Google Analytics, advertising pixels or other marketing or analytics tracking scripts. Booking and review features send data through server API requests; the forms do not themselves use browser cookies as a booking database.
Technical infrastructure, including Cloudflare and other providers, may in some cases use essential security, load-balancing or similar technologies according to actual configuration. Their necessity and nature depend on the provider and configuration.
3. Cookie categories
| Category | Purpose | Consent |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | Technologies necessary for website operation, security, request processing or technical functions. | Not required when the technology is strictly necessary for an electronic communications service or a feature explicitly requested by the user. |
| Statistics / analytics | To analyse traffic and website use. | Not currently used. If introduced, consent would be requested before use where legally required. |
| Marketing / tracking | For advertising, profiling or visitor tracking. | Not currently used. If introduced, prior consent would be requested where legally required. |
4. Consent to non-essential cookies
If non-essential cookies or other tracking technologies are introduced, they will be activated only after obtaining legally required consent. Visitors would receive clear information about the provider, purpose, duration and data use.
Refusing or withdrawing consent must be as accessible as granting it. Consent could be changed or withdrawn later through website settings or another clearly indicated method.
5. Third-party technologies
Third-party IT services may process technical data as part of their functions. For example, booking API infrastructure uses Cloudflare services. Providers may process necessary data under their terms and privacy policies.
Before activating a third-party technology for non-essential cookies or tracking, the applicable legal basis would be assessed and visitor consent obtained where necessary.
6. Managing cookies in your browser
You can manage or delete cookies in your browser settings. Browsers allow you to block or delete cookies and request notification before storage. Blocking essential technologies may affect some website features.
7. Privacy and contact
Information about personal data processing is provided in our Privacy policy. The data controller is VšĮ „Sveikatos Misterija“, legal entity code 307510770. For privacy enquiries: sveikatosmisterija@gmail.com, +370 617 38230.
If you believe processing associated with cookies or tracking breaches the law, you may contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate (VDAI). Information: vdai.lrv.lt.
